What a shocking, dishonest company. Takes money off your card without permission. What a shocking dishonest company. They promised to provide roadside assistance, and when it was requested they refused to come out, in fact they put the phone down in my ear. Consultants were rude, car's remote didn't work, and tank wasn't full, but I was charged for it and never received a refund. They also without any authorization took over 300 euro off my account as they claimed I had lost their key. I tried to contact them by e-mail and was ignored, I tried to get the claim paid by rentalcover.com, and they said it was between me and the car rental company. What a ****. NEVER use them or rentalcover.com or rentalcars.com to book a car. The one is worse than the other, and I have full documentation to prove it.
