The worst service.........

Ordered a pair of custom fit "Cens Proflex Compitition" noise reduction ear protection on 28 February 2019, asked how long it will take as it is a birthday gift for my Husband, was told it will take 14 working days and I was assured he wil have it in time for a compitition. Once paid the story changed, when you call he does not answer, he does not repsond to WhatsUp. He then claims he told all his clients it will take 8 weeks before we will get what we paid for. Was told in writting we could collect it today. As I write this I still do not have it, and guess what he does not answer his calls and neither WhatsUp. So sad that we have companies like this in SA.
