Hurry up and wait! Shocking service and attitudes!

Absolutely awful customer service! Car stood at the service center for almost a month, after being told that the job will take 2 - 3 days. Their communication was shocking, the customer had to call after them all the time! No regard for people's time nor their livelihoods. Flipping rude staff upon collecting the vehicle as well, after the umpteenth time the customer was told that the vehicle was still in the queue to be attended to, the customer elected to collect the vehicle. When concerns raised by the customer regarding vehicle standing there for an extended period of time, no regard given, or effort made, to speed up the job. Will never ever recommend them to anyone and will issue a formal complaint to the insurer who recommended the vehicle be taken there as well.
