Chance Takers!. ******** Act By Ripping People Lot Of Money After Did Nothing. They don't Even Know How To Fix Cars.

BEWARE!. BEWARE!. BE VERY CAREFUL!. Never ever give these people your vehicle. They work like *********. I've brought in my bmw 320d on 13th January and they charged me a fault finding fee which I agreed with them and they did fault finding. After 3 days they send me a quotation of R9000 to fix a very small fault which they found. I did complain about price but I end up tell them that I don't have choice , what I need is that vehicle to move. So I gave them go ahead with fixing. There we go!. 3 months no even updates of progress. I contact them and they said we're waiting for a tool that we have borrow from another company. After 1 week I got a call says your car started please come and pay it and fetch it. Vehicle is fixed but we won't recommend you to drive it. If you delay we're going to charge storage fee. My vehicle was dumped outside , exposed to all day and night weather plus risking damaged or ****** by ********* , so I didn't which storage they were talking about. I came personal. I ask them why you can't recommend me to drive it?, they said turbo seized and injectors need to be checked so we're working out 2nd quote for you so that you can decide either to pay R9000 charged amount or accept the next quote for us to fix. I refused to be fooled. I didn't see the reason to pay R9000 at all. They didn't even touch my car at all. On 23th March I went there. They told me that the car is starting and drive but we can't test drive for you. I refused to pay any cent before I saw my car starting and drive. We end up going to the car. They tried to start the car , car won't even start. And they took it in workshop by pushing it. I ask them my car is even not starting and you need me to pay you R9000 and more for the 2nd quote. I told them I can't be fooled I'm not foolish. No anyways you do many other quotes after customer accepted your first quote. First quote means to fix to the car up to a drivable vehicle. You did fault finding , you get the fault , you send me the amount after you done your calculations and values so why must I get another quote?. And why must I pay for a car which is not even start?. I told them to give me my car keys , Zandre refused , she said I must pay for service first. I call the police , the time she saw police she then speed to a form which was saying. Vehicle handed over to customer with Zero charges. Police asked her why you do so?. She started changing stories. She said no we didn't refused with keys we just wanted the customer to sign this form. I signed it in front of police , she then handed over my car keys..I refused to fooled. They likely used to take chances on customers. I do all emails , call recordings , video clips for proof.
