Bosch Appliance Spares

I have been waiting since early September fir a part for my Bisch dishwasher. From being told that the part is not available - needs to be imported to being told that it is available to then been told again that it will be available in 7 days, no progress has been made. I have used two different companies to effect the repair but to no avail.

What is the problem with Bosch appliance spares? Quick to sell the appliance but cannot provide after sales support.
