🚨CENAVA BUYER BEWARE!🚨 0/5 Stars. If negative stars existed, I'd give them the whole galaxy! I paid on 18 March 2026 and, nearly 6 months later, STILL have no device. Every phone number they provide went unanswered. Emails and WhatsApps eventually met with silence. I tried verifying their advertised Menlyn Maine address and could find no Cenava operation there. FNB ***** couldn't reverse the funds although I paid with a credit card; SAPS couldn't establish where this operation is. It’s an understatement if I say my experience with Cenava was an absolute nightmare!! CENAVA — HEAR THIS WARNING: You may be able to ignore my calls. You may be able to ignore my WhatsApps. You may be able to ignore my emails. You may be able to ignore my complaints. But you cannot erase what happened. Every unanswered call. Every unanswered message. Every day without my device. Every month that has passed. The TRUTH does not disappear simply because you stop answering the telephone. I will continue telling people about my experience so that others can make an informed decision before handing over their hard-earned money.
