Poor quality products

The sales service by Sam is good however the quality of their product is very poor. Bought pool coping from them and sealed it like they suggested with TFC smart seal. 5 months later, the pavers are turning into powerder at the ends and showing signs of a weak cement mixture being used. I've raised it with Cemstome numerous times and finally they sent someone out to check. Their person said that it was salt damage however the damage is on sides that is not in contact with the pool water. No official tests were done and to get hold of the owner was impossible as his interest was not for the customer complaint but spending time at his Stillbaai holiday house. Basically it was like they just brushed me off as a small customer. It's very disappointing that this company is so arrogant that they are willing to go this route
