Stay clear of Cemcrete products
Beware using Cemcrete products. They will take no reasonable steps in assisting or investigating defects associated to their product. They will rather arrogantly defend their product and point fingers at everyone else including the contractor/fitter before investigating a site where the product is defective. This happened to me recently with my pool using Cemcrete Marbelite and a Cemcrete trained fitter. There were severe defects with the pool marbelite. They want the client to Pay them R1000 plus R5/km (non refundable) before they come out to investigate their own product. This is the first time my pool fitter has seen this and he would like a fair Investigation. I have personally never experienced this in my 20 years of using building products that one pays the manufacturer to investigate and protect their own brand.
Cemcrete has no interest in their client’s interests . I have already paid to use your product . Now, if I pay you to investigate your own product , You will hold the funds leaving everyone else having to prove something they can’t.
Jean told me in writing , your product comes out your factory 100% , 100% of the time therefore impossible a product defect.
So I guess it’s not important to continue this conversation.
