Poor after sale service and a very unprofessional manager at Centurion branch.

I ordered 20 bags of Pratlipearl from cemcrete in centurion with delivery to my site in Pretoria east. Cemcrete sent me a quotation and I paid it on the same day. Cemcrete agreed to deliver the next day. the following day they phoned me and explained that their vehicle was hi-jacked and that they could not deliver that day. I then sympathized with them and said they could deliver early the following week. Monday the following week I phoned cemcrete to confirm delivery and the manager of the centurion branch confirmed delivery for ether Monday or Tuesday. nothing arrived on Monday. Tuesday I phoned them again to confirm delivery and they confirmed delivery for that day. Around 12pm Tuesday the manager at the centurion branch phones me and says that the stock is at the branch and that he is not going to deliver the goods to site anymore and I need to pick it up. I then told him that its not acceptable and that I've already paid for the delivery and confirmed with him twice that delivery will happen that day. He then told me that there is nothing I can do about it and he will not deliver the goods to my site and proceeded to put the phone down in my ear. The Manager at the centurion branch clearly doesn't know what after sale service is. They are very nice before the sale but once you pay them there attitude changes.

Due to our truck being hijacked we unfortunately let you down with the delivery lead time of your order and we apologise for any inconvenience the delay caused. 
 
We are happy to report that the stock was delivered to you today.

When the product finally arrived on site. The driver dicided just to throw the product off the vehicle and damage the product. This is the worst company I've ever delt with.

Hi Nadine, Who is your good authority? The driver that threw the good from the truck? Obviously he is going to tell you that I'm lying but I have an entire site full of people that can tell you exactly what happened. Making your clients out to be lairs isn't a great marketing strategy, Nadine. To get back to your previous reply. the goods was delivered yes but you promised me that it would be on site before 10am. That, as most of your promises, did not happen. I had to phone you again (at 11am) to find you when it would arrive. Then only was I informed that it will no be on site at 10am as promised because apparently your vehicle had 2 flat. Unfortunately on this current project I still have to deal with you but in the future I will advise any client not to use your products as it is impossible to receive good service from you.
