CEMCRETE - BAD SERVICE!

I am in the process of renovating our kitchen floor and I needed just one litre of CreteSeal to finish the Job so I went to the JHB office at 8 Telford Street, paid my money and was asked to wait by my car. What should have taken 5 minutes ended up in me having to wait 3/4 of an hour in the hot sun! It seems to me that they are only concerned with bulk deliveries for contractors and are not interested in the \rats and mice"stuff. It was only when one of the forklift drivers asked if anyone was helping me that something actually happened. The whole place needs jacking up as I saw workers lounging around not interested and walking at a snails pace (usual South African condition) and you can pick up the vibe (or lack thereof) as soon as you enter the place. I am in the process of building a House Extension for which I will be using building contractors. I was going to put in a cemcrete floor but after this experience"
