Worst online shopping experience ever!!!

<p>On 29 July 2016 I paid Celtexelectronics for a camera kit. The following week I enquired about delivery and was told that it would be delivered before Friday the 5th August (yes, that's correct, not 24 or 48 hour delivery, but one week!), despite the invoice stating delivery would be "Usually 24 hours after dispatch". This did not happen and my queries were answered with "it will be delivered". On Saturday I got an email saying "i will deliver on monday unfailingly before 2pm". This did not happen! I have now requested a full refund and I'm waiting for the outcome. I would discourage anyone from buying from this website (assuming it's a legal business, that is).</p>
