Still no refund three weeks later

<p>Further to most posting of 10 August I have still not received a refund from Celtex Electronics for non-delivery of a camera I ordered on 29 July. Their latest email response was:</p> <p> </p> <p> "After your so called report on Hellopter, we lost so many deals of favorable purchases, this made us to be on loss in our company.</p> <p>Unfortunately we cannot refund you due to the fact that you are the main cause of our problems and also your goods were damaged during the accident that occured so please accept our sympathy."</p> <p> </p> <p>So if you are considering any purchses from Celtex Electronics don't say you haven't been warned!!!</p>
