Chipped and cracked slabs installed as new by Celmar Vibracrete Fencing and Pavers

I had a vibracrete wall installed by Celmar just before lockdown. Over 50 of the slabs were either chipped or cracked this while they have a 2 year guarantee on workmanship. I complained and the slabs were replaced in level 3 lockdown. To my surprise the next day (because they finish in dark) I found chipped and cracked slabs again. I again took photos and sent to Calmar. I just had the Celmar Rep and Installer to check the slabs. Was told that they cannot get past the chips at the bottom of the slabs and will fill it up with cement as they cannot replace those. The ones with more visible chips and cracks will be replace, around 14. My question to Celmar is why should I be happy with slabs that must be filled when I paid for new slabs. I am told defects is part of mass production but is it my fault that they do not handle their slab correct so it does not chop or crack. I already accepted slabs that have been filled at the back and not even at the back. I am very disappointed in Celmar when they claim over 30 years experience and my old existing slabs looks better than theirs.
