SHOCKING CELLPHONE FROM CELLULAR STAR IN BRITS!

Bought a cellphone from Cellular Star in Brits. Mohamed seems very nice, but bought a Samsung S21 and to say least it was most shocking....his promos say trusted and reliable, but the device was shocking. The sim tray does not work and cannot read any sim cards, so not usable, then it overheat and the back cover comes off from the heat. It was opened by a qualified technician and it had so much glue in the back to try and keep all the parts together. Also an old generic ******* battery was put in the phone. The technician said it was old parts made up into a broken old phone and of the most shocking he has seen in a phone ever!!!!! It has cost me almost R2000 allready to try and fix the phone. Mohammed just ignores it and says he sold the phone in working condition!!!!! I asked him to contribute to damages, he refuses. Shocking quality and service. Do not buy from them at all!!!!!
