Bad service

I took my daughters Samsung tablet for a screen replacement after she dropped it. 2 days later I received the tablet back, looking fine the screen was a little off in position because on the top it cut off some of the detail, but I didn't say anything since it was not that a big issue, but when after 2 days the screen started to get small cracks alongside the bottom button on the screen I knew there was a problem, the cracks spread over the screen and then my daughter showed me the bracket on the top that keep the cover in place is also broken off. I phoned the owner and told him about the cracks and then he started going off on how it is not his fault, the screen was replaced by him and when I took the tablet nothing was wrong with it etc. He didn't give me a moment to explain anything or even to accuse him or tell him about the bracket, eventually I dropped the call. I just want to warn people, since I paid less but now I can't fix it again because then I will pay more than the tablet is worth. This is the second time I took a tablet to him, where I have to take it back for the second time regarding the same problem and paying again. Never again!!
