Bad service

<p>Very disappointed in the service received from the Mykonos spa. On the last day of my vacation I called the spa to make a reservation to use the spa. I was told the the last reservation was for 9 o clock. I drove 20 minutes to get to the spa, only to be told that the spa was fully booked. I then Spoke to one of the consultants at the spa as she tried to explain, I was highly irate as I had 3 guests with me to entertain and was not expecting such a disappointment. I often use the resort casino and didn't expect such a terrible experience, feeling doubtful of whether I will be returning to the area for my upcoming vacations</p>
