Poor Service

So I bought a bluetooth earpiece at this people and the hook broke within a week, why this hook is made of hard plastic I dont know because how do they expect a person to put it around your ear if it's not flexible. Secondly I start getting missed calls, because this stupid bluetooth answering button works then it stops then it don't work....I called this guy to ask can I bring it in, he say yes, I get there he waisted my time only to tell me in the end they wont exchange it, but this thing is not even 1 month old....how on earth !!!! This people is so sly and really expect me to throw a R300 in the water, there is no way that this is going to happen!!!!!
