Terrible products

I bought a brand new xbox controller from takealot which was supp**** from celltrader and was quiet expensive , how ever the controller's right analog stick has broke after only using the control twice, very disappointed, further more takealot will not do a replacement or refund as it now has to be done via microsoft which will take forever.
