CellTechZA never keeps their promises and they are not professional when handling peoples belongs.

The company collected my apple watch that was inside a white Curren box and it had a blue belt. They never finished the watched as they promised that they will in time. I had to do follow ups every day. Until the last communication, of which they said that they cant fix the watch. They said they will deliver back the watch. I also had to make follow ups on when my watch will be back almost every week for a period of a month now. I only got it today, and by surprise, I am only getting the watch without my box and the blue belt. They are now saying that the watch was taken without a belt and that is not true. Their service is very bad and ************* as they never keep to their promises. Please help me get my belt back and the box as well.
