My wife took my son’s iphone 6 for screen and battery replacement at celltech farrarmere, the screen was replaced but not the battery. Although the technician took our money for both repairs (screen and battery replacement).

When he handed my wife the phone back he told her that if we cannot get the phone to switch on we need to contact him. We got the phone to switch on when connected to a charger and that is how we noticed the battery is still stuffed and was never replaced.

This repair process happened on 24 April 2020 and since then my wife contacted the technician numerous times but he always says he will come back to her but never do.
