Don't buy any STK Cellphone products STAY AWAY

I bought STK Sync 5B smartphones at Ackermans, Brackenfell, Cape Town last year for both me and my wife. I called the South African importer CellphoneLab in Gauteng to ask if I can purchase two batteries as that is the only parts needed.

They bluntly informed me that there is no batteries available in South Africa for the STK Sync 5B smartphone as they do not import any parts for any STK smartphone products. The STK headquaters is in London, England.

I would like to warn innocent South Africans who is considering going to purchase any of the STK products in South Africa to be aware of the difficulty they going to experience with STK / CellphoneLab's poor aftersales experience.

Both my STK Sync 5b smartphones will have to be thrown in the trash can now.

STAY AWAY FROM STK / CellPhoneLab PRODUCTS.
