Cellphone Surgeons Table Bay sell **** parts, rips people of and break more than they fix
Be careful about this place. Got my Iphone screen fixed. They claimed it an original screen. In a space of a few months i had 6 screens in as the were all defective, and still waiting on new original screen. Never called me again and stopped making contact.
Suddenly my phone start giving problems. Took it to istore to get it sorted out. They told me i have a third party screen in. But the phone keeps on reseting it self. For a week i was up in arms. Had to buy a new phone. Apparently issues with motherboard and stuff. Took it to another cellphone store, only to discover that all the *****s in the phone was loose and some even missing. That after i paid a lot of money to get phone fix by this Cellphone Surgeon Table Bay store!

14 Aug 2020, 12:13His 10 year old phone it seems had a motherboard issue rather than a screen issue all along
Buying a new phone was the only option, since the motherboard cannot be replaced, but I'm sure you got that answer from istore while they very smartly upsold you the new phone.

The battery connecter was barely holding. Issues with flexi cable. So no sorry, its not the motherboard. And no its not a original screen what you selling to people.

The fact is, people pay you to fix their phones. You tell them its original parts, where in fact its not. I had 6 screens replaced as there was issues with screens, even the last one had issues. You had no stock as you were waiting for the new “original” screens. Still waiting for you to contact me. Have issues with flexi since you guys worked on it. Some microphone not working. But hey, you the cellphone surgeon. What can go wrong.

Our apple screens are 100% original and carry a 2 year warranty. We are not affiliated by istore and parallel importing is frowned upon, hence competition.

14 Aug 2020, 13:31You don't get original screens in South Africa, but you can import them. The technician that worked on your phone is 16 months gone from company. Clearly a few repairers have had hands on your device since, but we wish you all the best.

Istore did not open the phone, they could not even get the diagnostics as the phone was reseting, but they could see that the screen is not original. You more than welcome to go with me to the store, or to the store who open it and had to fix the ***** issue. So thats your people who cant fix stuff properly. Also where is the new screen you guys promised, and what i have been waiting for so long. Why dont you maybe pick up the phone and call me to find out whats the problem?
