Worst online shop to ever consider buying from

I ordered a polo purse I oderd on the 1st of October 2025 and my delivery got delayed by two weeks , eventually after two weeks they delivered only to discover they they delivered a wrong item for another customer who is in Jhb and I am in kzn They told me to write and email and take pictures of the wrong Oder which was so annoying because it’s their fault and not mine so three day later they collected the wrong item and till today the 17th of October 2025 I haven’t heard from them I don’t know if I will ever receive my polo purse
