Terrible customer service!

I placed an order with much struggle on the 23rd of July. I informed the person Nelisiwe that it's a gift for a birthday and she said she will put a rush on it. Today I have left 3 messages and sent 3 emails and have had zero response and I need the bag by the end of tomorrow! How can a business work like this without responding?????
