Refuses to take returns

Refuses to take returns. Against consumers protection act. We bought some neck pillows yesterday for our travel but wanted to return them the next day, due to the neck pillow scratching your neck, which would be terrible for long flights. That flat out refused to take returns even when notifying them about the consumers protection act. Will make case with the onbud.
