Cellini Sandton has ****** owners . Recently the black workers schedule was changed to which they take away theyre weekends off . They confronted their white managers Mike De Silver and Karen who said if they have a problem ,the door is open , where as the white workers schedule still have their weeks off when already they leave early during the week to go to their kids when everyone in the shop has kids . They also accidentally discovered a payslip of a white co-worker which had a salary 5 times more than their pay yet they share a job title . The black workers are upset and disheartened by this atrocious treatment but can't leave because they have families to support
