Poor service

Very very rude service I bought a bag and just after transaction they refuse to refund me saying I should only exchange I sent email to their customers service without any reply Never buy your bags there. They only want money not building trust and loyalty with customers Business like those never build up but will soon be out played by their rivals in the market
