No refund policy isn’t visible in Sandton store

I bought a wallet in Sandton store, no one told me there is no refund and there was no sign. After purchasing when I get some checking the slip I see there is no refund after seeing what I bought at their store cheaper somewhere. My concern is why don’t they put signs - now I am stuck with something I no longer want and I can’t be refunded. Cellini is just worse
