I bought a back pack online on the 11th of December

I bought a back pack online on the 11th of December. Todays it's the 20th December after numerous contact attempts to the company they ignore me. I have no update on the order. This was a birthday gift and we heading towards christmas. This is not acceptable at all. Very very unhappy.
