Fantastic repair service

I had fantastic service from Dudu at the Cellini store at OR Tambo International. As I was boarding the Gautrain to the airport, the telescopic handle on my trolley backpack broke. Since I was en route to the airport for a 3-month overseas trip, I had to buy a new backpack at the airport. I went to the Cellini store after passport control, bought a new bag, and filled out a repair request for the old one, which I left at the store. Luckily, I had scanned my receipt for the original bag and had it on my laptop. I emailed it to Dudu and the bag - which was bought in April 2015 - was repaired for free and delivered on my request to the Sandton store, where my mom could collect it. My backpack, which was quite tattered after constant use for over 3 years, now looks almost brand new, and at no cost to me. Fantastic service, Cellini!
