Do not order from Cellini

They do not even deserve one star if I’m being completely honest. I placed an order for a polo bag that took 2 weeks to arrive.. even international parcels are quicker than this. I then realised that the bag was much smaller than what i anticipated so the only option for me was to return it. Well the Cellini website has crashed and therefore cannot log a return via the website. After trying to contact them multiple times I finally get a hold of them and they tell me they have logged my return. Well I am still sitting with this bag and have not had any courier service come collect it. Please do not buy from this store as they are extremely unprofessional, unhelpful and do not respond to emails. I will never support them again and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone
