Delivery updates poor

Very poor online shopping experience with Cellini. As such an expensive brand you would at least expect to get good service, but unfortunately not! An order was placed and as the email says there will be communication when the order has been shipped and is usually done within 5-7 working days. We do not sit around waiting for orders to arrive, we make ourselves available according to communication received. FIRSTLY, No email communication is received from cellini to mention any dispatching or when delivery can be expected. SECONDLY, the website offers no link to track your order. I also had to phone to find out the status of the order and the person just mentioned that it will be delivered the next day (still no communication of the order being dispatched!). If I hadn't called then the order would be delivered but I wouldn't be available to receive this order because of lack of communication!!!!!!
