CELLINI POOR SERVICE

I am very disappointed in the service I received from Cellini in Tygervalley shopping centre. I bought a Polo wallet a few weeks back, but within the first few days the stitching came loose. They did not want to exchange it for a new one, and send it away for repairs. About 3 weeks later they called me to say I can come and collect it, when they handed it back to me, I made sure if they fixed it. I noticed that they glued the stitching and it is already coming loose again.

Well they did not want to exchange it for a new one.

The manager of the store is also very unprofessional, she just sat there at the pay point eating her lunch, and mumbling orders to the new trainee.

In the difficult economic times it is shocking that shops offer such poor and unprofessional service.

I will not recommend anyone to buy something from this people, once they have your money, they do not care anymore.
