Cellini No Reply

For Xmas 2023 I bought my wife a Polo Bag with a wallet it came as a combo for R2000. When the package arrived it was already wrapped in Xmas paper so I placed it just as is under the tree.

On Xmas day my wife opened it and was happy for the wonderful gift. But on further investigation I discovered that there was no wallet accompanying the bag. On Xmas day I mailed them to let them know about the mishap.

I’ve gotten a response up until April this year and nothing more. I’ve sent numerous emails but I’ve since gotten no response. What should I do? I already paid the money for the product and now I have half of it.
