Bad Service and no response

I took my Cellini bag to be repaired at the Canal Walk branch, they said they will do the airline claim for me.<br> When I contacted them to find out what's happening they said I have to pay for the bag as the airline Thai Airways does not exist (anyone with internet could find out that they do exist) they did not contact me to ask if they could go ahead with the repairs, they just went ahead and said I have to pay.<br> <br> I complained on their Social media account and was asked for my details but no one has contacted me since the 29th of January when I gave my details.
