Bad Service and No Quality

I bought a laptop trolley bag (Jekyll & Hide) at Cellini Somerset West for R3 975.00. The top handle broke within 4 months after purchase. I was very upset paying so much for a suppose to be, proper laptop bag. I did not even want Cellini to repair the bag, I wanted my money back or a store credit. Against my will it was sent in for repairs in November 2015. I started using the bag again mid January 2016. Mid February 2016 the same handle broke again. Now I wanted my money back or a sore credit. The product is of bad quality. I informed Cellini about my frustration. They just said that they can do nothing about it, they need to send the bag in for repairs after which I said I do not want the bag back as it will just happen again. They informed me that they will do everything to assist me in the process and keep me posted on the progress. To date if I don't phone them, they will not phone me. I called them today and all that they could say is, if their supplier is not taking the bag back and give them credit they will not give me credit. They are not prepared to take the loss for selling a product below standard. At the end of the day, they are only looking after their own interest.
