bought 2 sets of bags promised guarantee one bag returned as zip broke to place of purchase.. sent email to Cellini direct and complain still awaiting outcome false promises bad customer service and lost my bag in the process never buy Cellini bags again .. pricey .. no after sales satisfaction disappointed customer
