Unprofessional Medical Service

The worst unprofessional practice ever. What a money making scheme. Will contact you after almost a year of a procedure being done to claim their money after you NEVER received an outstanding claim. Then they will make you out to be a lair because what a Dr said is the law??? We never received a quote before the procedure and communicated it to the Dr, we had a arrangement face to face and he wrote totally the opposite. Such unprofessional manager that will scream back at you and even through the phone down in your ear. You should be ashamed. Other Anaesthetic Services are willing to claim what your medical pay's for. This whole process is ******** as we never received a quote, we did say we cannot afford the co-payment, it was agreed on Medical Tariffs because of the quote we never received, no account was send to us during this 10 months and no phone call.
