Incorrect hospitql authorization

I mdasilvajose067@gmail .com have a hospital plan to pay my hospital account When I am admitted.My membership number(MH***,) I was admitted to Montana Hospital on ***, for one day.The anaesthetic T Vennter and associates PR***, practice name: Celliers Street anaesthetic Se, has claimed from medihelp, R4 790.00 apparently above medihelp tariff, further, provided a code for a baby under one year old, medihelp paid the Anaesthetic for a babbyR1 569.00. The service provider now claims from meR3 222.00.I don't understand what I have to do with it. Can you please help to clarify this matter?
