Upgrade
I have been trying to upgrade but apparently they cant because my account is in arrears since 2015. Now how did I upgrade in 2015, 2017 and the beginning of this year. I have been sent from one department to another and nobody can help me. I have four contracts with cellc and consider to cancel them all should this continue
