REPAIR CENTER EPIC FAIL

<p> About 3 weeks ago I booked my phone for repairs. They told me it would take about 14-21 days for it to be returned to me. They actually took about 14 days wich I was very happy about and i received my handset. So we checked that the new "refurbished" phone was charging because that was the initial reason I took the phone in. It seemed like it was working. To my horror when I got home the phone did not charge once again. So on Monday I took the "new" phone back..... The lady at the store in Zevenwacht Mall made an error and put in the incorrect contact number. So i have been struggling to get them to change it so that i can atleast be updated as to the status of my phone. Now Its a week later I have yet to here what they will be doing... The incorrect number is still on there system.... I have been a loyal client of theres for the past 6 years if not longer... I must say with this service i am not thinking of renewing my contract with them again.... </p>
