Bad Service

<p>i have logged a complaint ref ********** 270 with cell c in december 2016 with regards to the migration that i wanted to do on one of my 3 contracts i have with them but the service has been bad ever since, dealing with *********** customer care personel who cant explain the SLA applicable and the process with regards to the migration.</p> <p>I just need my package to be migrated thats all.</p> <p> </p> <p>What a joke. </p>
