Shocking service and business principles from CellConnect.za

Since November 2024 i have been trying to purchase a phone from this company. They place pretty adds on facebook about how they meet customers and hand over phonea bought. Yet they have 1 whats up line and for 3 months they have not been even interested in any business principles or communication. It ranges from just now answering whats ups(their method of communication) or when giving 1 line reaponses saying they too busy or just giving random answers. I asked for 2 phones to buy, and just asked for a picture of the phone.....nothing for 3 months. Also saying things like "YOU WANT WHAT" after repeated confirmations of what i wish to order. It is almost deliberate joking with a potential customer, can never communicate properly at all or even execute any type of order or basic business principles, or even send a picture of the phones you wish to purchase. Also questioning if they have proper documentaton in place to be a seller.... Shocking business and service, sorry zero service or business principles. Have all communication on record.
