I bought Iphone 11 on website says 99 percent battery condition 9/10 paid R5500 it came to me opened the package there was cracks all over the screen battery was 85 condition was 4/10 i message him and said just wait im busy and said i must apologize like im the one whos wrong i asked him for return or refund he said wait 1hour since then he just blue ticks me and ingnored me from then dont trust him he never said sorry and yeah
