CellC call centre agents

I took a contract at Umlazi Mega City, I paid the contract in full then they put me on month to month for data and minutes, I’m calling the call centre every day I’m even speaking to managers no one wants to cancel the month to month, I’m going to stores to ask them to help me they saying I should cancel with the call centre and the call centre is refusing to cancel they always say it cancelled but there’s no communication sent to me as proof when the month ends they debit again, I’m writing this in tears I feel so abused if I pick up a knife and cut my hands and die that’s when I will get rest from CellC that’s what they want they want me to kill myself so I can rest
