Bad service

<p>good day.</p> <p> </p> <p>cell phone number is ********** 621</p> <p> </p> <p>yesterday i went to upgrade at EC Regional office, and cellc has a special on iphone 7 at R599 and i was interested to the deal but i was imformed i dont qualify because CellC can only offer and grant amount of R399 and I imphasised to be offerered the R599 Deal and the consultant contacted the H/O still i was turn down for r599 deal, i been with CellC for more than 6 years with contracts and i never defaulted at any time, i been a loyalty customer for cellc now i dont understand why cellc cannnot offer the package of r599, but i know i do have one jugdement on my account but i want cellc to give me a second chance if i can pay r399 i can definently able to pay r599, other cellphone providers there are providing much high credit limit while i dont have a contract deal with them.thank you hope to hear from you.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
