bad customer service

I am completely disgusted by the services of Cell C N1 city for the bad customer service.. I gave my phone in for repairs on the 13 November 2018 to Marius Senekal and that it should take 21 working days for it to be repaired...it is now way over a month and i am still waiting for phone this totally unacceptable
