Bad customer service

I wrote last week to cellc about my query and Gina from social media called me on Thursday saying she will do a follow up on my complain and she will call me back on Friday or latest on Monday and today is Wednesday no on has called me about my covers for my Nokia 1 phone . I have been a loyal customer of cellc for almost five years and I have never experienced this problems.
