Bad Bad Connection

CellC very bad connection, I did complain & they never responded, I have experience that it's getting worst, I called in again & they issued me with a Ref Nr: ***, let's see if they will assist now since they gave me a Ref Nr their Service always say's emergency calls, I really can't deal.
