Bad Attitude

I am not happy with the service i am receiving from Cellc sales, i called in two days ago to apply for contract Phone blackberry z3, for R189 a month, and i was advised that i can get it at R149 all together with the mobicel tablet for R109 so all in all it will be R200 and odd rands, but now i received the mobicel that i was not interested in and when i call the call center they tell me that the blackberry is still being proccessed, how is that possible because my first opt was the blackberry, so why didnt i receive that phone first? now today i call in to query abt the status of the blackberry and i spoke to Nontobeko Mtshali for assistance but she was just bad and i requested to speak to her Team leader and she tells me they are in a meeting and now i requested that she must give me TL's email and she says she cannot assist, therefore i am really not happy with the service i have been receiving from cellc lately...
